WORST EMPLOYER

am very dissatisfied with FNB as an employer, well as a former employer. This after a Team Leader who worked so hard to ensure that i lose my job, and made it evident to everyone. It is so disgusting that it was Her and the Giant institution against me. It is very sick. And not this is having a ripple effect o my life and affecting my livelyhood! Let me tell you why happened. On the 9th of April I was dismissed from work, I took it to CCMA as I deemed the dismissal to be unfair. On the 2nd of May, date of the conciliation, I reached a settlement agreement with FNB, stating " they would remove my name on the redlist and convert my termination of contract to VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION. In return I don't seek employment within the first rand group for a period of 3 years. They also promised to issue me with a certificate of services within two weeks from the date of conciliation. Two weeks went by without hearing from them, I had to phone them quite few times, even sent an email, there was no response. I decided to take the matter to CCMA on the 11th of June. I recently found out, on the 22nd of July that at the Department of labor's system, it still reflects I was "Dismissed", I was able to get the certificate of services on the same day, with the help of CCMA n they also confirmed that they removed my name on the redlist on the 7th of may. I went to the department of labor immediately, there they explained that where I was employed, they are the ones who have to change my status on the system, then it will automatically reflect with them. Spoke with FNB more than once... but nothing concrete is coming out of it. I have it on record and it is also documented. I went to FNB to inquire, and then FNB sends me to the Department of Labor to change it. The fact of the matter is that the Department of labour can not change it. It is FNB that gave them this ridiculous information. This organisation is ruining my life as i can not get a job because they have listed me as fired instead of Resigned. I get no help when going to FNB, and i need to move on with my life. CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY STEP IN AND ASSIST!
