Worst Digital Bank Ever!!!!

I purchased a business last year May and the previous owners personal credit card goes off my business account every single month R3000, the previous owner does not want to cancel the credit card and i have contacted my business banker who cannot seem to help, he said i must phone business credit card, they just transfer me from one department to the other! im now a year later and R30 000 i paid towards someones else credit card. Im frustrated and fed up with a bank that just have no real world solutions when problems occur. Why even have a business banker if he is so useless that he cant attend to any of my problems
