Worst decision ever

First encounter with FNB ever. Recently switched banks. Already a red light. My new card (1st one ever from FNB) was damaged in transit. They just ordered a new one. Didn't even had the decency to call. Should have stayed at my previous bank, high banking fees or not. Didn't have a single problem in 16 years.
