WORST DAY

i have never had such a bad experience with FNB - but today was the worst service of my life, being transferred from Claims to Enquiries for at least five times, for a measly R200 that was not authorized on my account. the worst agent is the one who told me to hold while she looks into the account, and then BOOM i'm talking to someone else.
