Worst customer's service ever

My query has still not been resolved after my posts on this platform and emails to FNB. Pathetic to say the least. And when I get a mail from zHello Peter to give feedback my messages gets block. Obviously FNB dont know what they are doing and how apathetic their service is to resolve a ***** matter.
