Worst customer support award

Been struggling for months to get anything done on my account. I keep getting told to install their mobile app, but it has never worked on my phone, been through 3 phones and the app doesn't work on any of them. I get the same error every time I try to install it and login. Just sat on their customer support chat for over an hour trying to just change one payment limit. Nothing. They take 15min to respond with 1 line responses and just stop responding after a while. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with these people.
