Worst customer support!!!!!!

Absolute Garbage, *********** staff that is helping you on the FNB APP, all I need is a Tax Certificate for my RA account and I get transferred between the same two departments because it seems nobody at FNB knows what a Tax Certificate is.

I will also be posting some video evidence of the chats and the sheer incompetence of your staff.
