WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER BY FNB

Account with FNB still blocked after an entire year

I have an account with FNB which was blocked about a year ago , we have queried this with FNB on numerous occasions after sending them the required information and documentation , however to date we have heard nothing , received no correspondence from them and my account is still blocked , we have even gone into the bank to get assistance however were just told we need to wait , we have been waiting and nothing has ever happened . I have never dealt with a bank that does not care about their clients worst customer services. Very disappointed
