Worst customer service - stay away from FNB.

I just spent close to an hour (53 minutes) on the phone with FNB because my branch (FNB Constantia kloof) was not able to assist and instructed me to contact the FNB service centre. I was transferred 6 times during this process and my problem persists. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. All I need to find out is WHERE to make a payment to, on an FNB account that FNB created without any correspondence informing me of this event. How am I supposed to make this payment if FNB themselves can't tell me?
