Worst Customer Service Ever. Too big to fail attitude!!!

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

Being passed from one agent to another. Have to repeat myself to every agent. All agents sound like they do not want to help you. Called FNB for 3 consecutive days for a simple enquiry on a status of my order. When call drops, no return of calls. I have to restart the entire horrific experience. Definitely cancelling the bull**** account!!!
