Worst Customer service ever recieved FNB

Verry disappointment in there claims division for short term insurance, it has been a month now of constantly phoning them regarding a claim for stollen cables and then being promised it will get resolved that same day.

Up to date they don't phone back or give any feedback, I'm cancelling all my accounts with FNB due to this and moving over to a different insurer/ bank.
