Worst Customer Service Ever!

FNB customer service is drastically deteriorating.I have been trying to get assistance from FNB for the last 4 weeks .No one seems to know what is going on and no can help me . In the mean time they have duplicated my accounts erroneously added on payments and assisted in dropping my credit scoring . I am appauled by the service recieved and receiving from FNB! Worse bank ever.
