Worst customer service ever

Wanted to apply for future use. Sent in my documentation.got no response had to use sure chat only to find out not only did they not inform me that they are busy with the application but it has already been declined.

There was no communication no mail sent or nothing gave them a call got ****ed off. Did not swear on the line only to be told dont use that kind of language by Thabo.

You cant even do your job but you want to get defensive when people start getting upset.

Your staff is pathetic
