Worst customer service ever .

Fnb has been my worst nightmare in every respect, every single month without fail, I have to fight with them over my car insurance, In August they debited my account for cover that didnt even start , when I queried this, the money was supposedly being refunded, refund never reached my account, another amount was debited which resulted in a returned debit order, when I queried it i received rude responses from the secure chat agents, in particular Sivesh , and Christopher from Short term insurance department ,long story short, the refund happened and the correct debit order was processed, I thought we are all sored , low and behold I am speaking to Tarryn today and shes teling me my product was cancelled due to non payment, now my question is , my money that was debited, what was that for, a tip for their twak service perhaps, Im so sick and tired of this bank. Please close this account, Ill try somewhere else, I cant keep doing this every single time. I hate this bank and i dread everytime when I have to speak to that secure chat agents, I really dont want to bank here anymore.
