Worst customer service ever

Once again FNB amaze me Since my last review which they reply and said they will investigate my complaint I have heard nothing from them

I am currently under debt review meaning I can not us my revolving account but they will not let me close it but I am charge every month for the privilege's to have a facility I can not use. The best is they handed me over to debt collector for a +- R140 bank charges which I refuse to pay again
