Worst customer service ever

Fnb call center are the worst, firstly they don't have a customer care department as I've been advised by one of their agents a month ago, and then you hold for too long only to get through to agents like Kgomotso Maponya who has refused to assist me with a query I've been trying to resolve with the bank for 3 months now and then she hung up on me.
