Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

<p>Phoned the customer service centre at 14:47, lady too details to said she would phone me back immediatly to assit me with doing a transaction. Waited 10 min, nothing, then phoned again and spoke to thembakosi, didn't do a proper verificatioon and i said that i'm not comfortabnle with process and i put the phone down. He wanted to confirm accounst that i didn't have as well as card numbers. Then phoned main recption and was agin transferred to thembakosi, said he is new along with 60 other people. Again didn't do a proper verification, buit took the details of the transaction i wanted to do and said that as he doesn't have access to the specific system, he will get the lady to phone me in 20 min. Nowe after more than an hour i'm still no closer to completinmg the intended transaction and the service manager who said she'll phone me still haven't returned my call. This is as unprofessional as it can get from any private ban****</p>
