WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have been trying to contact FNB student loans for a repaeat loan for two weeks!!!!! You cant speak to anyone you can only request a call back whicj NEVER happen!!! this is the worst customer service from FNB. About to see if a bank I dont bank with is willing to help!
