Worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever!! I have 2 seperated issues o my account now, I have phoned and been to the branch and then phoned again, finally I thought it would be sorted once I sent the documents, only to receive an answer, it's not the right department. Each department just sends me to another department and each department just passes the buck again!!! When I complained at the branch, she just used the excuse that Covid is messing everything around! You cannot blame Covid for useless consultants that give you the wrong information and waste your time!!!!
