Worst customer service

Poor service, this bank just knows how to demoralize and destroy one's inner peace, since someone took a revolving loan under my name, nobody has ever called me from the FNB am the one who's always calling doing follow ups, that leads to a dead end without a resolution everytime, I call am told to reopen a new case, FNB has really put my life on hold and damaged my credit score, I don't qualify for any loans nor accounts because this debt I know nothing about keeps on appearing when I try applying for accounta or loans
