Worst customer service

I am experiencing the worst service from FNB. I made a payshap payment on Monday the 1st of December and the payment was unsuccessful however the funds have not been credited back into my bank account. I have sent numerous queries as well as phone calls. I keep getting told that the matter has been escalated. It has been over 48 hours yet I have not received any feedback back
