Worst Customer Service agents, terrible service FNB!!!

All I want is my latest 3 month bank statement but it's not available online, app or cellphone banking. Instead of assisting me, customer service has wasted my time and transferred me to each other to avoid the rating. After 2 hours, no assistance. Special mention to the incompete agents on FNB chat: Mandise, Emily and Zandile. Thank you for not helping me and instead of finding a solution, transferring me to other teams and wasting my time further.
