Worst customer service

I contacted fnb secure suit on the 30 April to downgrade my account. Today is the 19 of May and it's its still not done. The consultant was Tiholo he assured me that a request was completed but nothing was done at ALL. When it comes to customer service fnb is the worst back to deal with
