Worst customer service

Johannesburg cbd (carlton center)the worst branch! I sat in a que outside for 30minutes, inside the branch for an 1 hour thirty minuets without assistance. This is by far the worst branch and slowest branch you could ever go to for assitance there is absolutely no organisational skills, peopele are skipping ques I am disappointed and extremely disatisfied with the level of service
