WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

FNB connect has horrible service. Fnb didn't debit, I made a manual payment. Was advised query will be solved within 48hrs. That was on the 23rd. Now when I make a follow up I'm told it's for a numner swap.CAS-953325-J2T9W that is the reference. It's a data query. When will the data be loaded. I've been waiting for many days and I'm told different stories everytime I enquire.
