Worst Customer Service

As said before when I complained about FNB Estate department on hello peter and the lady by the name of Pearl Saaiman that is handing this matter on the 12 July at 13:37, we still haven’t received any feedback from FNB their phone just rings and they don’t reply to our emails. Having a Will with this institution is worst and will not advise anyone to do it.
