Worst customer service

I have been trying to get a statement for my home loan. Since I don't bank with them I have to call to request it. I was on hold for 10min and once I finally spoke to someone and I told them I am running out of airtime please call me she said no. Second attempt on hold for over 30mins and I gave up. What a usless phone line why do you have it if you can't help people.
