Worst customer service

I have been complaining here for the second time about fnb loans on the 3rd of August 2020 I did a debt consolidation loan with fnb and one of the account that was consolidated was edgars and edgars says they did not receive my money so now they say I must send them account no which fnb paid money into I did call fnb they say the will get back to me within 48hrs no body bothered to call me and explain anything to me it's been a week now my edgars account hasn't been paid and now am paying both edgars and fnb were as I was suppose to pay only fnb it seems like no one cares about my query what they are good at is giving lame excuses and also telling me empty promises like will get back to you and never did am ****ed with this service that am getting from fnb its not the service that I was expect because I have been calling fnb since the 7th of August till today
