Worst customer service
Received the worst service from FNB ****arney Mall. I went to the bank to do a simple thing of down grading my account from Premium to a lower account. I waited over an hour without any assistance and people that came behind me left me there still waiting to be assisted. I have been a loyal client of FNB since 2010 and never complained once but now I'm thinking of closing my account.
