WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give no stars I would. Do not do business banking or inquire about it with FNB they have pathetic customer service and also are damn slow in everything they do. The branches and Call Center are pathetic and useless. Do not have customers best interest. All you want is feedback and assistance with simple queries. Anyone know of a good Bank for business and personal use ? Definitely cancelling my account and will never do business with them
