Worst customer service!!!

I have two Policies with FNB, Life cover and law on call. I have tried to contact both via email and all I receive in response is a automated response. I urgently need assistance but it has been a mission just to get a hold of them. Honestly only way I have gotten assistance in the past is if I complain on hello peter. It's Pathetic!!!
