Worst customer service

My bank card expired last month and I got continous calls for a week, confirming delivery in the week and for "tomorrow". I still haven't received the card, now I'm trying to pay my bills and I'm unable to because it's picking up the expiry date. I now have to pay interest on ALL my accounts because of FNB! Customer service for such a huge bank is simply disgusting!
