Worst Customer Service

Oxford Definition of Relief: Removal of anxiety/pain

FNB Definition of Relief: Add to anxiety/Pain

A bit of an oxy***** with emphasis placed on *****, placed in a plural expression. You get to choose who they are!

How do you give COVID19 debt relief by offering more debt to be repaid in a shorter period. This is called a short term loan for the uninformed. It has always been available.

FNB you went from the most trusted bank in the country to the most shallow. Not even the old established conservative banks share your approach.

The bad customer service did not stop there this was only the start.

In April I processed a claim on my credit life and we are now approaching June, and to this day I have received no feedback on my claim. Instead I had to phone them every week to follow-up. During these telephonic follow ups I have been **** to by claims consultants. I also attempted to resolve this issue over email but none of them felt the need to even reply to my mails.

I regret choosing FNB as my bank - Steve is the one smiling now.

FNB most *********** bank

After I received the above reply a consultant only came back to weeks there after - long story short FNB has declined my claim due me receiving an income from UIF - so can this please be explained to me ? If you loose your job you can also claim UIF but then you can have a valid claim?
Then today I read this article on BussinessTech saying they my claim is valid
