WORST CUSTOMER CARE

FNB doesn't seem to care if their customers loose money due to *****ulent transactions on their account, money that we can't afford to loose. They provide no feedback, but rather leave their customers to watch how the money leaves their accounts. Their agents also don't care and simply through their hands in the air. Maybe you should remove all customer care contact details from your website, because you don't have any customer care.
