Worst company

My fnb credit card has been handed to debt collectors named TSL Legal for missing some payments due to retrenchment and I have a payment arrangement with the attorney's but from month to month TSL Legal does not allocate my payments I make via eft which makes a bad reflection on me and my account. I keep calling them and they say they will allocate the funds but it have now been over a month and the last EFT I did on the 30/10/2020 is still not reflecting I have spoken to kendrick and veruska.Please could someone intervene to sort this matter out for it is becoming very upsetting .
