Worst client service you will ever experience

Let me start off by saying, that I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service your table view (bayside) branch provides to your clients. I first visited the branch on the 11/10/2019 in the hope's of closing my account. After having waited for over 30 minutes I eventually left hoping to come back on a day where I would actually be assisted. I then visited the branch yet again today and after having waited over 40 minutes to be assisted, my ticket was finally called only to be told that I can no longer close my account due to the fact that the cashier area in the branch is closed because it was now past 4pm and please note here that I arrived at the branch at 15:23 and patiently waited until my ticket was called. The consultant then had the nerve to inform me that there was a que, but in fact the consultants who were not busy were more interested in being on their phone's than actually assisting clients. I then asked to speak to the manager, the consultant who was assisting me then left and instead of calling the manager like I asked her to do she then rather took this opportunity to speak to her fellow consultants. There was absolutely no urgency when it came to assisting me with my query and the service was pathetic. I am completely outraged by this weak excuse you call client service.
