Worst Client Service!!!! - Homeloan Division

My husband and I decided to do our very first homeloan with FNB. little did we know that when we will sell our house and cancel our bond it could turn into an absolute nightmare!!!! We sold our house in Jan 2021. It is June 2021 and we are still struggling to cancel the bond and transfer everything to the new owner!!! We get passed on from laywers to different people in FNB and this has been going on for 6months!!! How is this even possible!!!??? We are in the process to buy a new house but it is impossible to do anything with the current homeloan we have!!!! How and where are we supposed to get help???? FNB has the worst client service ever!!!! Lesson learnt not to do our next homeloan with them!!!
