Worst client service ever

Horrible service

I emailed multiple times, I called multiple times, I went into my fnb branch where the "so called help" was justto put me again behind a telephone to call the same department again, and still no luck, no one seems to know how to just send me a letter with my credit card settlement amount as well as my account details... in one document on email. I can't even put a reference no as I probably got 21 of them already for asking assistance via email
