Worst Claiming Process!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Firstly the claiming process is tedious as if premium was not paid and they are doing me a favor! Secondly the agents take their lovely time in responding, one needs to literally follow up everyday. If I was running a business I would be without a phone for 3 days now and counting. Useless!!!!
