Worst CIPC and Business Banking Choice I EVER made!

Let me start off by saying that I rate 1 star because HelloPeter does not have a 0 star option.

I have been waiting weeks, actually more than a month for my Business account and CIPC registration to be completed. I am never able to get through to the call centre... I have wasted so much airtime listening to an IVR for more than 20 minutes at a time. 10 Days turn around my a**. I even went to a branch waiting over 2 hours to hopefully get this resolved myself only to be told someone at CIPC is holding up my registration! I had to phone FNB to help them look for an email to proceed with the process which "supposedly" got escalated a long time ago... Yet nothing... I regret my decision to use FNB's CIPC registration and I regret having them as my Business Banking choice. Worst worst worst experience ever... Whoever you are dealing with my registration and business account, you are taking the bread out of the hungry mouths of my children. I hope you can sleep at night. FNB does not deserve it's clients...
