Worst Call Center Agents

FNB has the worst call center agents. On Monday I spoke with over 4 people and I was tossed from Sales to Premier banking until I lost count.

Today again I spoke with Lerato twice after she said she is transferring my call and after holding it went back to her, Xoli, Xolani, Bonolo and Zandi. All of them when they could help they said oh I'm sorry to hear that. Tomorrow it's Friday I still don't have an answer. My calls have been moved from one department to the other.
