Worst Business Relationship Manager

I would like to lay a complaint against Benedict Moloi. He is our current Business Relationship Manager from FNB Commercial Gauteng East. In Early March of 2023 we app**** for a credit facility in the form of a loan. The necessary documentation was sent to Bennedict Moloi and Palesa Tsuari. On 21 April 2023 , at 08:00am we received a call from Benedict Moloi stating that there were some administration matters surrounding the application that he needed to finalise and he would in turn revert back to us on Tuesday 25 April 2023. Tuesday came and we tried getting hold of Bennedict Moloi with no availl. He did not return our calls as we had called him on his direct cellphone number. On Wednesday 25 April 2023 at 11:30 we once again tried calling on his direct cellphone line once again Bennedict Moloi ignored our calls. We thereafter called him on his landline lo and behold he picked up however could not hear him and then we decided to call him on his cellphone of which he rejected the call and sent a text message that he would call in 30 minutes the time is now 13:10 and we have not received any form of communication from Benedict Moloi. We therefore request that our portfolio be moved to another Relationship Manager who understands client services and business relationships. Failure to have our portfolio moved will result in us taking our business to another bank.
