Worst business banking experience

Fnb in Vanderbijlpark President Kruger street is frustrating as hell. They expect me to stand outside in a line with a few thousand to bank and get change for my business. Then today they open at 08:30. Arrived 2min before they open so was almost infront of the line. Then they tell me the tellers only opens at 09:00. Why? Why dont they state that on the door with there hours. They also never have enough change so i had to open a standard bank account just to be able to get it from them
