Worst Business Banking Ever

This is me wanting to advise you all to think twice about opening an FNB Business Banking account. From the get go we first had issues setting up our Online banking profile, then our apps were not working for days. With the branch staff attempting to assist us with their support desk took days to resolve. Loading beneficiaries for regular payments is not working. Their assigned business banker is useless. If it does not take him days to respond, then he send you videos and links of what to do and is not even willing to call you and talk you through a few things. This past week was the limit. Since Wednesday we cannot transfer or make any payments, so our company is on a stand still. One of our business Cards is now simply not working. At Canal walk Yesterday their ATM's had no money in. This is a shambles. People do reconsider not making use of this BANK if its for business purposes
