Worst business bank ever!

I would give a zero star rating if I could.

Registered for a business account and was inundated with calls form sales team to open the account, not a bad thing.

I completed the signup on the phone and account was to be opened once I sent through the documentation.

- never received documentation and had to waste time and money calling multiple times to get documentation to sign and return - no follow up except auto reply to say documentation was incorrect - more time and money wasted trying to get hold of someone to ask why I am getting an auto reply without explaining what is wrong with documentation - eventually after logging a complaint I get a call to say the document is the wrong document, they sent me the document - more waiting - now get an email saying digital signatures not accepted and new forms emailed to *********x - not our email address and not our signatures

The worst service I have received from a bank to date and I haven't even started transacting on the account.
