Worst Business Bank Ever.

Worst Business Bank Ever. Opened a new business bank account online and everything went well at first.. Account was open the same day, the card was delivered a few days later and activated, but thats where it ends...... The account is still frozen since opening on 29 Sep 2022 as they require supporting docs.. Fair enough..... The docs was uploaded under online business banking, emailed to "***", "***" and "***" dozens of times and its still not sorted by today 12 Oct 2022! Several calls to the call-center and confirmation emails for receiving the documents and escalations to team leaders and NOTHING has happened yet. I cannot trust a bank like this if they cannot take my business seriously.. Rather look for a more competent bank. FNB is clearly not able to deliver!
