Worst banking system ever

I have been to the bank and explained this situation at nauseam!<br> <br> I specifically request that debit orders go off on the FIRST of each month to ensure that funds are always available. I have a Macbook pro through FNB for which payment is supposed to be deducted on the first but they keep taking money on random dates, today they have deducted on the 25th, there is not sufficient funds in the account because I transfer all additional funds to another savings account with another bank. <br> <br> I have been to the branches and have called so many times I cannot even begin to count them. <br> <br> The same story happened when I had a personal loan with them and on top of that they kept deducting the funds even after I settled the account in full up front and got a settlement letter. <br> <br> On some occasions funds are transferred back into this account during the course of the month, mid month etc and even then FNB decides to deduct funds that is NOT FOR THE DEBIT ORDER in the middle of the month. <br> <br> Last December this happened, I queried it and told them that it was not neccesary to reverse it but not to deduct double at the end of the month.... which surprise surprise... they did. <br> <br> I REGRET moving to FNB
