Worst Banking Facility everr
I opened a business account 5 months ago. Yet I am still waiting for the card to arrive at the branch. No communication from the bank or the branch at all.
Yet today I receive a harrassment letter from a lawyer's office that my account is in arrears. I have not even used the account yet alone received the card to utilise the account.
I have been to the Amanzimtoti branch about 2 months ago to query about the card. All answer I got was they are waiting for the courier.
This is the worst bank I had to deal with. I will never recommend anyone to use this bank. Absolutely a disgrace.

19 Jul 2024, 13:58I have spoken to the FNB consultant which indicated that they will stop the account and retract the file from the collection department. Still a get harrassment emails and messages. This Bank has no clue what the right hand and the left hand does.
I will not pay a cent for an account who's card I never received. After 5 months and no card, not even a message from the Branch. Absolute disgraceful. Please don't use this bank. All they want is money for nothing even though they did nothing to earn the money. I am willing to defend this in any court.
