Worst banking experience I have had

Terrible help service and system. I have an issue with my Paypal and fnb account withdrawal and just need a little help on how to fix it, but their stupid call center system just asks for your ID number a thousand times and then doesn't put you through. When I did get through I was just forwarded to the Paypal section and they immediately hung up. Just terrible.
