Worst banking experience ever on all platforms

I have been calling this bank for days and I just get cutoff, my debit orders are bouncing because they paid an un authorized debit order, even the secure chat function is useless, all i get is that i have been disconnected, every single time. I hate this bank , they are putting my accounts everywhere else in a problem, i had the same issue last month, which took forever to resolve, again this month i have to go through their incompetetent nonsense service.
